Customer Experience Champion
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Champion to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional face-to-face and over-the-phone service to our customers. You will work closely with the branch team to identify opportunities to expand our reach, lead in-branch promotions, engage with the local community, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their financial journeys with expert advice.
* Resolve queries swiftly while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
* Identify opportunities to expand our reach and drive business growth.
* Lead in-branch promotions, engage with the local community, and convert prospects into loyal customers.
* Strengthen relationships with customers by building trust and rapport.
* Support efficient branch operations, from cash management to ATM/SSBM maintenance.
* Assist with sales campaigns, from planning to post-sale follow-up.
Requirements:
* A QFA or APA in Loans and Savings & Investments, with up-to-date CPD hours.
* Proven success in sales, customer service, or clerical roles within a regulated environment.
* Stellar communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
* The ability to spot and seize sales opportunities.
* A proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for continuous learning and development.
