Job Title Senior Maintenance Engineer Job Location Co.Make sure to apply with all the requested information, as laid out in the job overview below.Dublin Salary Negotiable based on experience About the Company: A leading Manufacturing Company located in County Westmeath are currently expanding their team and are currently looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team on a project in Co.Dublin.The role offers the chance to be part of a close-knit team, while developing your own knowledge and skills.The individual should be highly motivated with a willingness to succeed within the company as they expect pace, cooperation and accountability.You will be working on a variety of new equipment where you will get exposure and the work will complement everyone involved.You will be involved with both management responsibilities as well as being on the tools.This role is also a Monday Friday.Duties Involve: Using the failure information obtained during testing to develop better and improved maintenance practices within our group, feeding back this information to maintenance staff via supervisor and manager.Developing and maintaining customer relationships with users of the mail centre to the satisfaction of the customer Diagnosing and solving problems in a planned and cost-effective way, taking into account technicians needs and the needs of the customer.Taking a proactive approach to the prevention of breakdowns and maintaining high quality of machine performance and machine availability, in a role that assists the maintenance Team Developing, utilising and maintaining appropriate information systems, identify problem areas and modifications for machine improvements.Follow up on improvements to provide a continually improving service to the customer.Be aware of and in accordance with current health and safety legislation and best practices as it relates to the workplace give guidance and direction to others where necessary.Implementation/modification and generation of Maintenance productive maintenance procedures.Accurate and concise reporting of all such investigations providing traceable reports detailing all investigations, findings and conclusions.Provide Second level of escalation for equipment faults, assisting as required.Skills Required: 5+ years experience working in a highly regulated Manufacturing Maintenance Environment.Expertise in automation systems with specialist knowledge of key elements and understanding of their function.Qualification which provides expertise in Electrical, electronic and mechanical engineering and knowledge on replacement of all computer systems.Experience in planning, organising and solving advanced technical issues using proper traceable methods.Knowledge of Health and Safety at work.Interpersonal skills such as the ability to make technical problems understood by non-technical people, listening coaching, and supporting motivation.Advanced problem solving skills, including using and interpreting statistical tests and data.For more information surrounding the role, feel free to contact Caoln on or please send across your CV for consideration.INFORM3 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer.
