SAP Solution Analyst Logistics (Major: ATTP Serialization, Minor: eWM)

Position Summary
This is a techno-functional role responsible for leading the implementation, support, and evolution of serialization and warehouse technology solutions as part of the supply chain processes at Johnson & Johnson.
The role will work with internal and external stakeholders, control technical aspects of implementations, and influence the core Serialization System (ATTP) and Warehouse Management System (eWM).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of serialization regulations for JnJ.
Onboard partners (CMO, MAH, 3PL, governments) onto the ATTP system via SAP ICH.
Interact with development and support teams.
Gather and translate regulatory requirements to define, design, and develop solutions for the ATTP team.
Collaborate with WMS teams to adopt new/updated serialization regulations and enhancements to the eWM backbone.
Design, configure, and maintain programs related to SAP ATTP.
Participate in industry technical forums related to serialization implementations.
Document, recommend, and present system enhancements and alternatives to meet business requirements.
Drive continuous improvement activities, lead root-cause analysis of major incidents, and provide solutions to increase system availability and customer satisfaction.
Work on Agile methodologies to configure solutions in SAP and related technologies and test development/customizations.
Requirements
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Functional background in Logistics and WMS processes.
Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Strong communication skills at multiple levels of the organization.
Ability to work with both business users and technical stakeholders, including an understanding of programming code.
Self-starter mindset.
Understanding of processes and procedures associated with enterprise applications.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP S/4, SAP eWM and SAP ATTP.
Understanding of Distribution Center operations.
Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.
Practical experience with Serialization (SAP ATTP) and warehouse (SAP eWM) solutions, including configuration.
Knowledge of GS1 (EPCIS) Standards and master data requirements for serialization.
Experience with implementation of serialization regulations.
