Restaurant SupervisorMonday – Friday (some weekends involved)€ per hour12-9pmRequirements:Fluent in written and spoken EnglishMust reside in Ireland and have the right to workPrevious experience required in a similar roleMust lead by exampleResponsibilities:To manage the restaurant operations on a day-to-day basis, working closely with restaurant managers, team leaders and team membersTo oversee and support the overall guest experienceMaintain the highest standards across all areas of the businessOversee stock and cash control, including till reconciliationDeputise for the restaurant manager in their absenceEnsure training records are in place and all staff attend and adhere to standard operating proceduresEnsure there is a written record of all incidents or accidents and report to the restaurant managerPromote a safety culture.Relevant Daily and Weekly checks must be completed with the support of the team and restaurant manager.Lead the day to day operations from a HACCP perspective.
