Lead Receptionist – up to €19.50/hour (€35,500 per annum)
Receptionist (3-day week) – up to €17.50/hour

What You'll Do
Be the welcoming face of our clinic – delivering 5★ patient care and service
Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for General Dentists/Orthodontic Specialist and Hygienists
Support with team rosters, diary management, and admin tasks
Upsell treatments and products to enhance the patient journey
Handle financial transactions, stock orders, and supplier liaison
Assist Directors with admin and support projects/events
What You'll Bring
2+ years' dental receptionist experience not a requirement but preferred
(General and Ortho experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with upselling treatments/products
Strong computer literacy – Aerona software experience an advantage
Organised, reliable, and proactive with great attention to detail
A friendly, professional "can-do" attitude
