* Maintain high standards of service delivery by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in store or branch management with a proven track record of achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and implement new initiatives with minimal disruption.
* Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills with a strong focus on development and growth.
* Proactive, flexible, and adaptable approach to work with a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
* Excellent Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
Benefits:
* Competitive salary range of £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
