We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Manager to join our growing team. This new role has been created to strengthen our leadership structure, ensuring our Regional Manager and Area Managers receive the support needed to drive performance and growth across multiple salon locations.
The District Manager will act as a key link between strategic direction from the Regional Manager and day-to-day operations, ensuring that business objectives are achieved, operational standards are upheld, and teams are consistently supported and inspired.
While experience in the beauty industry is not required (full training will be provided), we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of multi-site management and leadership in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Regional Manager in delivering business objectives, operational excellence, and consistent performance across the district.
* Work closely with Area Managers to provide guidance, coaching, and hands-on support.
* Oversee the performance of multiple salon locations, ensuring KPIs, sales targets, and customer experience standards are consistently met.
* Identify and address performance gaps, implementing effective action plans to drive improvement.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards across all locations.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to build strong, high-performing teams.
* Contribute to district-level strategy, planning, and reporting to ensure sustainable growth.
* Act as a key communication channel between the Regional Manager, Area Managers, and salon teams.
* Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with company values.
Skills & Experience Required
* Extensive multi-site management experience (retail, hospitality, or service industries preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop managers and large teams.
* Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering results against KPIs and sales targets.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Confident decision-making skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
* A full driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly between sites.
