Kitchen Steward Supervisor
to support our culinary team and lead our stewarding crew with confidence and positivity.
About The Role
This is a hands‑on supervisory role focused on maintaining exceptional hygiene, organisation, and safety standards across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas. You'll guide the stewarding team, support smooth service flow, and ensure our kitchens are always ready for the next great meal.

What You'll Be Doing
* Supervising, training, and motivating the stewarding team
* Ensuring all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards
* Overseeing dishwashing operations and ensuring equipment is well maintained
* Managing waste, recycling, and chemical handling in line with safety procedures
* Monitoring stock levels of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment
* Supporting the culinary team during busy service periods
* Ensuring compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and hotel hygiene policies
* Coordinating deep‑clean schedules and ensuring all checklists are completed
* Promoting a positive, respectful, and team‑focused working environment
What You Bring
* Experience in a stewarding or kitchen support role, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
* Good communication skills and a commitment to high standards
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
