Job Title: Global Security Professional
This role is ideal for an ambitious, experienced security professional seeking to advance their career in corporate physical security. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of global security initiatives across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
The Global Security Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Regional Security Operations Managers in day-to-day security operations and strategic initiatives across the global portfolio.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting the Regional Security Operations Managers in day-to-day security operations and strategic initiatives
* Coordinating and aligning SOC operations across three regional Security Operations Centers (Ireland, USA, and India)
* Supporting vendor management activities, developing and maintaining consistent and globally aligned KPIs for multiple security providers
* Monitoring and reporting on security metrics and key performance indicators
* Participating in security investigations and incident response, providing high-quality reports as needed
* Contributing to the development and implementation of security policies and procedures, and supporting annual documentation reviews
* Assisting in conducting comprehensive security risk assessments and site surveys on existing and potential office locations across the global portfolio
* Supporting emergency response and business continuity planning, participating in crisis management tabletop exercises
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate physical security, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position preferred
* A bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field
* A preferred professional certification (CPP, APP, CSMP)
* Experience in multi-site SOC operations
* Strong understanding of physical security systems (access control & CCTV)
* Experience with security technology and systems integration
* Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects/priorities
* Experience in crisis management and emergency response procedures
* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
* Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
