Project 1: 16 Apartments – Cork City
Project 2: 120 Apartments – Limerick City
Main Purpose of the Role:
To manage the site workforce in a safe and diligent manner, delivering the project to the highest possible standard, on time, and in line with the specification and design information provided.

Works In Conjunction With:
Contracts Manager, Site Managers, Design Team, Quantity Surveyors, Health & Safety Advisor, Nominated Subcontractors
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage projects from design phase through to handover.
Organize and lead design coordination workshops with consultants and trade contractors.
Ensure design is fully coordinated prior to site commencement where possible.
Oversee construction operations on designated sites.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and company standards.
Work with appointed safety consultants to maintain health & safety compliance.
Coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractor operations.
Liaise with head office to ensure timely delivery of materials and labour.
Conduct daily and weekly safety checks and enforce safety protocols.
Monitor the construction programme, enabling subcontractors to meet contractual timelines.
Carry out quality assurance checks at all stages of the build.
Liaise with local authorities and assigned certifiers for phased handovers.
Resolve day-to-day issues that could delay progress.
Maintain close communication with Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, and Finishing Foremen to ensure high standards.
Supervise and mentor junior staff and engineers and coordinate with external utility companies.
Provide regular progress updates to head office.
Liaise with clients and keep them informed of milestones and progress.
Embrace digital technology and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC).
