Job Title: Social Care Manager

The successful candidate will lead a team of social care workers and leaders in providing care for separated children seeking international protection, enhancing their well-being and fostering a safe environment for growth.
Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of social care workers and leaders in delivering high-quality care services to separated children.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the children's well-being, safety, and integration into their communities.
* Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, education providers, and local authorities, to ensure comprehensive support for the children.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on the children's progress, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Requirements:
* A minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care, along with a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting, and 4 years' experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification.
* Alternatively, a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post-qualification experience in a children's residential care setting.
* A full clean driver's license is preferred but not essential.
