Job Description We are seeking high-caliber Intermediate and Senior Business Analysts to join a large-scale digital transformation program within the taxation domain. This project is centered on the end-to-end redesign of business processes, from initial registration and customer service through to compliance, risk management, and debt collection. * Process Engineering: Document and analyze "As-Is" processes and identify critical inefficiencies and opportunities for "To-Be" improvements. * Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate workshops with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various Revenue divisions to extract deep-domain requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for navigating complex environments and architecting solutions that bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. They will work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and technical architecture.
