Main Duties /Responsibilities;
· Responsibility for the profitability and efficient operation of designated Shop in support of Area Manager.
· Staff management including Recruitment and Training
· Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
· To ensure a courteous and professional Customer Service is provided by all staff.
· Achieving agreed Sales and Margin Budgets.
· Presentation of premises ensuring that they are always maintained to the highest Company standards.
· Timely reporting of all relevant information to Management and meeting agreed schedules for Admin Dept.
· Advising and assisting Management on strategies to further develop the business.
· Liaison with Centre management
· Any other duties, which may be reasonably allocated to you by your manager.
Experience Level & Training:
* Minimum 2 years full-time retail experience required in a senior post.
* Reasonable knowledge of art materials preferred.
* Full training will be provided onsite (in a different branch, location may be outside of county)
* Position is full-time.
