Property Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Sales Manager to lead our sales team in converting prospects into buyers or tenants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, presenting properties effectively, and leveraging multiple sales channels to connect with qualified leads and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to convert prospects into buyers or tenants
• Present and communicate property features and benefits effectively to drive sales
• Leverage multiple sales channels (online platforms, in-person meetings, calls, referrals, etc.) to connect with qualified leads and close deals
• Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Utilize various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage, and print media to promote properties
• Monitor and analyze real estate market trends to identify sales opportunities and inform pricing strategies
• Actively source, qualify, and manage leads through the sales pipeline, including coordinating and conducting property viewings
• Guide clients through the purchasing or leasing process, negotiate offers, and provide informed advice on market conditions, pricing, financing options, legal processes, and closing requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, legal representatives, construction teams, and other key stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and handovers
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate CRM records, tracking progress and follow-ups
• Resolve post-sale client queries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
Requirements:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends if required
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment
• Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions
• Adherence to ethical standards and professional integrity in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in property sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving targets
• Full clean Irish driver's license
• PSRA license (preferred)
