Candidates with waitress and barista experience are especially encouraged to apply.

Front of House Duties Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
Present menus and confidently describe dishes, drinks, and specials.
Provide recommendations and answer customer queries.
Take orders accurately and process them through the EPOS system.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Manage your restaurant section, ensuring guests are cared for throughout their visit.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
Ensure dishes and drinks meet quality and visual standards before service.
Identify and accommodate customer needs, including special requests.
Handle customer complaints or issues calmly and professionally.
Process payments and close bills accurately.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth service.
Requirements Qualifications Minimum 1 year Front of House experience required.
Barista skills highly desirable.
Experience with EPOS/cash register systems.
Strong customer-service mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance.
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
Ability to follow company uniform and grooming guidelines.
Must be legally authorised to work in Ireland.
