Job Title: Business Analyst– Softphone Solution Primary Location: Marlborough Street, Dublin 1 (D01 RC96) Other Locations (as required): Athlone, Tullamore, Blanchardstown Working Model: Hybrid, two days per week, with additional days as needed Contract Start Date: Start of March **** Contract Duration: 12 months (with up to 2 extensions of 12 months each) Role Overview The Client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of the Softphone Solution under the Workplace Modernisation Programme.
This initiative will migrate the Client from a legacy Alcatel Lucent IP telephony system to Microsoft Teams Phone, delivering a unified voice solution across the organisation by Q******.
The successful candidate will provide analytical and delivery support across all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring that business, functional, and non-functional requirements are fully captured, traceable, and aligned with public-sector procurement and governance standards.
This is a senior-level role, suited to an accomplished Business Analyst with strong experience in telecommunications, Microsoft Teams Phone, public-sector procurement, and Agile delivery environments.
Experience/ Mandatory Requirements: · Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar Business Analyst role · Proven experience working in Agile environments and as a Product Owner · Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps · Level 8 Degree in Computer Science / ICT (or higher) · Professional Business Analysis or Product Development qualification (e.g. BCS, IIBA, CBAP/CCBA, Agile BA) · Agile framework certification · Fluent English (C2 level required if not a native speaker) · Ability to attend onsite locations as required Key Deliverables: The following non-exhaustive list of Key Deliverables, are applicable to this Role.
