Job Title: Mental Health Specialist - Child Disability Services
In our dynamic and compassionate team, we are seeking an experienced Mental Health Specialist to join our child disability services. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to children with disabilities and their families.
About the Role:
* We are looking for a dedicated professional with expertise in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of children with complex needs.
* You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized plans that promote positive outcomes for children and their families.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and families. You must also possess exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments,
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology or related field (QQ1 level 8 equivalent)
2. Possession of relevant postgraduate qualifications in Clinical/Counselling/Educational Psychology (or equivalent from another jurisdiction validated by Department of Health).
