We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Day Service Facilitator. As a key member of our staff, you will play an integral role in delivering and enhancing meaningful services that promote the active citizenship of those we support.
In this position, you will be responsible for enabling individuals attending our services to participate in a broad range of chosen activities, encompassing education, employment, sports and social pursuits.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support individuals with intellectual disabilities or similar fields
* To facilitate and support service-users in various service-based programs
* To identify opportunities for building people's natural support networks and social roles
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
a relevant Third Level Qualification in Social Care, Education or Community Development;
at least three years' experience supporting adults with an intellectual disability or similar field;
