About the Role:
The Hospitality Revenue Strategist will be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability across all properties. This role will chair the weekly revenue meeting to collaborate on revenue management, sales, and marketing strategy with hotel and support teams.
This is a key position that requires strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of systems and hotel operations, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in revenue management, sales, or a related field, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Chair the weekly revenue meeting to drive revenue growth and profitability.
* Develop and implement revenue strategies to achieve business goals.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with General Manager and sales, brand, and digital teams to develop high-level strategy decisions.
* Ensure systems and processes meet group requirements and are adjusted accordingly to support the business.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in revenue or reservations function.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Technical knowledge of systems and hotel operations.
* Opera Cloud or V5, IDeaS G3 RMS, and Travelclick CRS experience preferred.
