At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Windows and Doors Regional Sales Manager to join our client’s growing team based in the West of Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager with experience in the Window and Door or Glazing industry to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
* Developing and executing the regional business strategy in alignment with the national roadmap.
* Leading the regional sales team to generate new business and grow existing accounts.
* Building strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
* Ensuring smooth order-to-installation processes, scheduling, supply chain, and quality control.
* Recruiting, coaching, and retaining top-tier talent within the region.
* Creating development plans and conducting performance evaluations.
* Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums.
Experience you need:
* Previous experience in a senior sales or contracts manager role within the window and door industry is essential
* Established contacts and networks in the West of Ireland are beneficial
* Innovative and adaptable approach to attaining results.
* Great people management skills and attention to detail.
* Full clean Driver’s license is essential.
