Job Title: People Transformation Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled People Transformation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our company's People Strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cultural transformation initiatives within fast-paced, industry-leading organizations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing large-scale talent and engagement strategies that drive high levels of employee retention and promote a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Senior Leadership professionals to design and execute the People Strategy.
* Create and deliver on company-wide strategies and programs that align with our company culture.
* Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
* Lead on the identification of areas to enhance systems and culture, delivering practical and innovative solutions.
* Act as the HR representative to the Board of Directors regarding employee queries and issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head of HR or Chief People Officer.
* Proven track record of leading cultural transformation initiatives within fast-paced, industry-leading organizations.
* Skilled in developing large-scale talent and engagement strategies.
* Strong understanding of Employment Legislation.
* Obtained HR degree or CIPD Qualification.
