The role is a senior position and will report to the Head of Financial Planning. This role can be based in Dublin or Waterford.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer-focused financial planning advice to individual customers.Develop and grow a strong portfolio of individual clients.Support the delivery of member services into corporate clients.QualificationsThe successful candidate will need to have strong experience in delivering financial planning advice to individuals; you will need to demonstrate a track record in meeting commercial/financial targets and be a self-starter with a strong business development capability.Required SkillsStrong people skills and substantial experience in building client relationships.2-3 years of relevant experience as a Financial Planning Consultant in financial services with a specific focus on Individual financial advice and Group employee benefits.A deep understanding of financial, pension and investment products.A passionate focus on delivering for customers.A strong team ethos and able to assist in developing junior staff.The role holder will be required to have QFA status and ideally plan to pursue CFP status.Preferred SkillsExperience in financial planning and advisory roles.Knowledge of regulatory requirements in financial services.
