Job Title: Part time Customer Service Executive
Location: Kylemore
Hours: 20 hours per week
Thursday: 16.00pm - 20.00pm
Saturday: 09.00am - 17.30pm
Sunday: 09.00am - 17.30pm
Bank Holiday Mondays: 11.00am - 16.00pm

Main Duties
1. Assist the Branch team in the day-to-day running of the store.
2. Demonstrate a sales-focused and customer-centric behaviour when interacting with our customers.
3. Drive product and insurance sales.
4. Provide a welcoming environment to customers.
5. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and address their concerns quickly.
6. Identify and celebrate operational successes, as well as develop and implement plans to address opportunities.
7. Experience in day-to-day financial duties.
8. Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Skills/Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., retail/hotel).
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Highly motivated and can work off own initiative.
4. Excellent administration skills.
5. Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
6. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
7. 3rd Level Education preferred but not required.
