Job Opportunity for a Maintenance Shift Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Maintenance Shift Manager to oversee our multi-skilled team of engineers. This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring optimal equipment performance.
* Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
* Manage spare parts inventory effectively, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
* Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers within the team.
Requirements:
1. Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline (ONC/HNC or Full B-Tech).
2. Tour level experience with conveyors, sorters, cranes, robotics, PLC/control systems, CMMS/PPM processes desired but not necessary as training will be given on these topics if required by us .
