As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our community. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to user inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and speed.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about our products and community standards, able to make informed decisions and take ownership of resolving issues efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and a bias towards doing what's right are essential for this role.
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring reports of abuse on our platform, enforcing our Terms of Use, and reviewing reported content within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
We are seeking a highly adaptable and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and consistently hitting KPIs on time.

* Working hours: 37.5 hours / week Monday to Sunday (including Bank Holidays)
* Shift: Day (9am to 5.30pm) / Evening (6pm to 2am)
* Pay Schedule: Monthly
