Fashion Retail Manager – North County Dublin
Our client, a much-loved premium retail destination, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead their North County Dublin store.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining high operational and visual standards, and driving store performance. The successful candidate will oversee a dynamic, creative team, ensuring the store continues to provide an inspiring, engaging, and authentic shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
2. Oversee stock management and merchandising to maximise sales and ensure product availability.
3. Drive business performance through effective planning, analysis, and execution of commercial strategies.
4. Maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards to create a premium, engaging shopping environment.
5. Represent and champion the brand, infusing creativity and passion across all departmental activities.
6. Support the roll out of seasonal launches, promotions, and in-store events to drive engagement and sales.
7. Proactively address customer feedback, ensuring the highest levels of service and satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
8. At least 3 year's management experience in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle retail.
9. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business targets.
10. Strong visual merchandising expertise with a keen eye for detail and creative presentation.
11. Energetic, people-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences with premium brands.
12. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
13. Commercially minded, analytical, and focused on driving measurable results.
