What We're Looking For
* A caring and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working with children.
* A minimum qualification of FETAC Level 5 (or equivalent) in Early Childhood Education.
* Previous experience in a childcare setting is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment for children.
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Support the emotional, social, and educational needs of each child.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
* Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health, and safety standards.
