You will act as the key contact person with customers, distributors, and business partners in sales discussions, supporting business growth, customer relationships, forecasting, invoicing, payment collection, and implementation of company strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the key contact person with customers/distributors and business partners in sales discussions.
Explore new business opportunities in coordination with Business Development.
Coordinate Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), Supply & Distribution Agreements (SDAs), TDAs, and SDEAs, including renewals, renegotiations, extensions, updates, and document preparation/review.
Prepare budgets for the assigned area.
Work with Business Development on tactical planning and participate in strategic planning activities.
Trigger marketing efforts and participate in trade shows and congresses.
Coordinate customer forecasts with Supply Chain through sales and production planning activities.
Manage sales invoicing, payment collection, and related weekly and monthly reporting.
Coordinate customer complaints with relevant functional departments.
Ensure key milestones and company objectives are achieved.
Ensure execution and implementation of company strategy.
Key Requirements
Preferred degree in Life Sciences complemented by business education.
Post-graduate business education preferred.
Sales experience.
Business degree or equivalent business background combined with Life Sciences education.
