As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your work will play a key role in the company's growth and success.
What you'll do
1. Work closely with Account Executives to plan and carry out outreach strategies
2. Identify high-potential companies that would benefit from our solution
3. Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media
4. Test and improve messaging across different industries and buyer types
5. Help create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
What we're looking for
6. Fluency in German and English
7. At least 12 months of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (inbound or outbound)
8. Motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targets
9. Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

10. First-year earnings of €67, OTE (with a base salary of €43,)
