As a Business Development Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your work will play a key role in the company's growth and success.
What You'll Do
* Work closely with Account Executives to plan and carry out outreach strategies
* Identify high-potential companies that would benefit from our solution
* Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and social media
* Test and improve messaging across different industries and buyer types
* Help create new opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
What We're Looking For
* Fluency in German and English
* At least 12 months of experience in a sales development or lead generation role (inbound or outbound)
* Motivated by goals and excited about exceeding targets
* Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

* First-year earnings of €67,000 OTE (with a base salary of €43,500)
