Your new role Planning and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotional events Managing the company's websites and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) Producing engaging content including videos and imagery for product promotions Coordinating customer satisfaction surveys and managing feedback Overseeing CRM segmentation and reporting to support targeted marketing Supporting the sales team with CRM processes and reporting Liaising with brand partners on campaigns, sponsorships, and materials Managing newsletters, brochures, and event participation Tracking marketing budgets and claiming financial support from suppliers Reporting on KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing activity What you'll need to succeed A marketing qualification and 3+ years' experience in a similar role Strong digital marketing and content creation skills Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Experience with CRM systems and reporting A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure What you'll get in return The opportunity to work with a supportive and award-winning team Hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing functions A chance to work with leading automotive brands and contribute to exciting campaigns A varied and rewarding role where your ideas and input will be valued What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
