Job Description
* Supervise and coordinate activities of accommodation supervisors, assistants, and line porters.
* Assist in managing and directing day-to-day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions.
* Participate in and enforce quality assurance for the Housekeeping Department.
* Ensure guest rooms are properly secured and that proper key control procedures are utilized by the housekeeping staff.
* Maintain high quality of housekeeping standards in various areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Hotel management diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal.
* Minimum 2 years housekeeping experience in a management capacity, 2 years line level experience in all aspects of the Housekeeping Department.
* Training leadership/management skills.
* Attention to detail.
