This is a newly created role in a growing company within the secretarial and share plan team.
The position will focus on the administration and governance of company share plan schemes, suitable for professionals with a background in share schemes or tax/legal administration within a shareholder environment.
You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most senior stakeholders internally.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with the administration of share plans, ensuring compliance with internal and external controls Collaborate on the tax and legal aspects of share plans Maintain and reconcile internal accounting records, including Excel spreadsheets Complete annual share plan returns, reconciliations, and tax payments Provide excellent service to participants, addressing inquiries and facilitating enrollment processes Draft accounts for share plans and liaise with relevant stakeholders Experience and Qualifications: Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred Experience working in a Big 4 accounting firm or similar environment is advantageous Understanding of tax implications and legal considerations in share plans Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and formulas Background in accounting is beneficial Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling is essential Experience in share plan administration or related fields is a plus Robert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and agency welcoming applications from all candidates.
