Job Description:
A Site Clerk is required for a large housing development in South County Dublin (Kilternan). This project has approximately 2-3 years of work left and requires someone with construction experience. Ideally, the candidate should have recently worked in a similar role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for general site administration, including BCAR administration, quality control, H&S paperwork, document control, procurement of site materials, and reporting to Head Office. They will also be involved in the maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets, inspection of deliveries when feasible, administration of returns in accordance with company policy, verification of invoices and dockets before submission to Head Office, and data entry and backup tasks.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 1 year's prior experience ideally in this type of role.
* Possession of a construction-related degree.
* Diligence and a strong attention to detail are essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits:
