About Us

Kiltanon Court is a large, historic manor house currently undergoing an exciting phase of diversification and expansion. With established accounting systems already in place, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to continue implementing and managing our financial processes as we move into our next stage of growth.

About The Role

This is a part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week), ideal for an accounting technician, experienced bookkeeper or financial controller seeking flexibility and variety in their work. You'll maintain smooth day-to-day financial operations while supporting management with financial insights for ongoing and future expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and submit VAT returns
* Manage payroll processing
* Maintain management accounts and reporting
* Support financial forecasting and budgeting for new ventures
* Liaise with management on expenditure control and project tracking

About You

* Strong bookkeeping or accounting background (experience in SME or hospitality sector beneficial)
* Confident using accounting software (e.g., Bright Books, Dext, BrightPay)
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
* Excellent attention to detail and financial accuracy
* Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience or outstanding course results .
* Excellent reporting & financial analysis skills.
