Warehouse Team Lead – Medtech
Location: Finglas, Dublin, Ireland
Reports To: Warehouse Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our Medtech operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise, mentor, and develop a dynamic team while ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with other departments to drive efficiency, maintain high product quality standards, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of 12 individuals to achieve daily and long-term objectives.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback for professional growth.
Foster a culture of collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement.
Operational Oversight
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Ensure production schedules and deadlines are consistently met.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and standards.
Maintain high standards for product quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Implement corrective actions when required.
Process Improvement
Identify and implement process optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Promote Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices.
Support initiatives that enhance operational productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve issues and improve workflows.
Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of production metrics, team performance, and operational challenges.
Prepare regular reports for management on progress, challenges, and achievements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
Education: Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management are a plus.
Experience:
3–5 years' leadership/supervisory experience in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments.
Proven track record in operations management or production in a regulated environment.
Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, CE Marking, and other industry standards.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of MedTech products and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality control, and assurance practices.
Proficient in ERP systems such as NAV or Microsoft Dynamics.
Leadership & Management Skills:
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Experience mentoring and developing team members.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Soft Skills:
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills
Experience in change management and leading cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Familiarity with digital transformation and automation trends in MedTech.
Ability to multitask and delegate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
