Part-Time Office Admin Support
Temp Role - 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri)

An exciting opportunity is now available in a leading Irish professional services company based in Dublin 4.
As the main Office Support for the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all:
* Diary management, including arranging meetings and associated prep.
* Reception duties & dealing with couriers, suppliers etc.
* General Administration internally including HR support, IT, assisting with expenses and financial reports.
* Board meeting support - preparing board packs and assisting with co-sec duties.
* Being a point of contact internally to support staff
This is a wonderful opportunity to join a very successful company and really take over the office administration responsibilities.
This is a temporary part-time role. You will be expected to be in the office 3 days per week on a part-time basis. Working hours will be 11-3pm each day.
You must have experience working in a corporate office environment, be comfortable working with financial information and assisting with reporting as required.
