Butternut Box's mission is to deliver health and happiness to dogs all over the world with our fresh dog food and extras, delivered directly to customers' doors on a subscription model. To achieve our amazing growth targets, we are looking for passionate, driven, and fun Brand Ambassadors to join our high‑performing sales teams. Responsibilities
Drive face‑to‑face sales: Engage with potential customers at top‑tier events in Cork and surrounding areas, promoting Butternut Box in an ethical and inspirational manner. Events include Crufts, Dogfest, Ideal Home Show, etc.
Educate dog parents: Inform and educate our customer base about the benefits of Butternut Box, ensuring they understand our commitment to high‑quality, natural, fresh food.
Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
Achieve sales targets: Be target‑driven and strive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
Qualifications & Expectations
Dog lover: Genuine affection for dogs and understanding of their needs.
Sales enthusiast: Passion for sales and a knack for connecting with people (and their dogs).
Customer focus: Dedication to helping customers and their dogs.
Target‑oriented: Motivated by the link between helping more dogs and earning more.
Availability: Majority of high‑impact events fall on weekends, so excellent availability Friday–Sunday is required.
Age: At least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
Day Rate €113; on‑target earnings €275–€350 per day, potentially up to €500 for top performers.
Uncapped commission with regular sales incentives (gift cards, dinner vouchers, Airbnb getaways).

At Butternut, we put the food back into dog food. We believe dogs deserve to eat the healthiest, most natural and tastiest food with none of the nasties. We make freshly prepared dog food cooked like you would at home and deliver it in perfect portions.
Our goal is to help dogs live healthier, happier, and longer lives while leaving humans smiling after every interaction. We’ve come a long way since our co‑founders (Kev & Dave) hand‑delivered the first Butternut Box. We now feed a lot of dogs across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium – but we want to feed dogs everywhere. We need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition.
