Site Manager (Refurbishment) – DublinDOE: €65k – €70KJob Overview:Recruiting for an experienced Site Manager with Restoration/Refurbishment experience for projects in the Dublin area. The successful candidate will require a minimum of 5+ year's construction experience along with excellent knowledge of the latest building regulations.Job Summary:Supervision of of sub-contractors and labourers on site.Inspect sub-contractor work and sign-off.Working closely with company Project Managers.Report to contracts manager/management team regularly on progress and information request.Management and control of day-to-day Health and Safety standards.Co-ordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.Qualifications and Experience:A Degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification (e.g. Carpentry) is desirable.5+ Years of Construction Management or Foreman Experience on site.Proven track record in refurbishment or fit out projects is essential.Ability to build & maintain effective relationships.Interested candidates should submit their CV outlining their suitability for the role toor call Lorcan on for a confidential conversation.
