We are also committed to training and developing our team members and ensuring their journey with us inspires them each day.Duties and Responsibilities of the Role:Assist the F&B Duty Manager with the smooth running of the Hotel restaurantsProviding excellent customer serviceMaintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, health and safetyEnsure that all equipment is in good working orderEnsure the all outlets open and close on time and are ready to greet guests/customersAssist in the induction and training of new staff, providing shadowing shiftsFollow all Till and Cashing up procedures and ensure all staff are following them correctlyEnsure stock rotation occurs and stock is 'held' in the correct manner, recording any wastageAttend relevant staff meetingsEnsure all food & beverage requests are billed correctlyEnsure the department's maintenance and cleaning schedule is adhered to, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standardAdhere to all regulations in respect of health and safetyAny other duties as directed by the F&B Duty Manager and any other managerRequirements of the role:Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or events industryStrong organisational and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with health and safety regulations related to eventsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredCustomer-focused mindset and dedication to delivering exceptional serviceBenefits:Complimentary meal on duty/Staff car parking/on line training platform/Family & Friends rates/Uniform provided
