About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an Intermediate Engineer with 3–5 years of post-graduate experience. This role is ideal for someone ready to take on design and reporting responsibilities across a range of projects, while continuing to build their technical expertise and confidence in a real-world setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake technical design and prepare detailed drawings and specifications
Carry out site inspections, surveys, and assessments
Prepare planning support documents, engineering reports, and tender packages
Liaise with clients, design teams, and contractorsUse CAD software (Revit and Master Series experience desirable)
Embrace the use of AI tools to support workflow and reporting (training provided)
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years of engineering experience, ideally civil/structural (other disciplines considered)
Strong CAD skills; Revit and Master Series knowledge a plus
Good written and verbal communication
A full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
A positive, adaptable mindset with a readiness to adopt new technologies
