For more information, visit www.exlservice.com.Primary ResponsibilitiesDesign, document and govern state-of-the-art agentic solutions and platforms leveraging services available in AWS, Azure and GCP as well as required third party frameworks such as NVIDIA Nemo and LangGraphContribute to the digital AI Solution strategy for the target industry segmentsSupport pre-sales and delivery efforts of our AI solutions with a focus on IT engineering and security effortsFoster deep relationships with technical stakeholders at our top clients by demonstrating insight and thought leadership on application of digital in their context to help them meet their business goalsWork with teams across the business to generate innovative AI solution opportunitiesDrive innovation across digital engineering around AISkills and CapabilitiesHave deep expertise with full stack application and solution development and engineering best practicesExperience architecting, building and deploying AI solutionsExperience architecting AI agentic solutions that use well-managed core APIs and SDKs to access LLMs and foundational modelsSolutioning and engineering skills in one of the primary Cloud hyper-scalers with a preference for AWS or Azure skillsExperience with Nvidia Nemo frameworks for model development and agentic solutions beneficialCloud engineering skills including security and disaster recovery, storage, networking, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, Linux, web services, APIs, and DevOpsUnderstanding of the primary services leveraged in building and deploying, at scale, Cloud-native applications and platformsWork with clients in a consultative wayDefine AI solutions with product managementThink innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital AI solutionsLead conversations on digital AI solutions with senior technical leaders at our clientsBe the trusted advisor to clients on the technical details of our AI solutionsSkilled in collaborating cross-functionally with geo-distributed stakeholdersComfortable presenting to stakeholders both internally and externalExperience8+ yrs of proven track record in architecting AI solutionsAt least 6 years of experience programming with Python, React, Java, or other programming languagesSolution architecture (features, functionalities, upstream & downstream impact on the AI workflow)Technical architecture (data flow, technologies, how they interact and integrate, technology selection, scalability, security)Agentic Architecture (Multi-agent orchestration, intelligent routing, state management, evaluation, cost and performance optimization)Strong expertise in AWS or AzureDemonstrated experience in working with both senior business and technology stakeholdersFamiliarity with building large-scale AI products or platforms for NLP, speech, computer vision, or recommendation systems serving millions of usersAs part of a leading global analytics and digital solutions company, you can look forward to:A competitive salary with a generous bonus, private healthcare, life assurance at 4 x your annual salary, income protection insurance, and a rewarding pension.At EXL, we are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed and excel in their careers.
