Job Description
ADI is looking for a Building Manager to support our Facilities team at our campus in Limerick, IE. Successful candidate will manage Manufacturing & Non Manufacturing buildings across our 30 acre Limerick site

Job Description:
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to
:
* Ensure that Buildings are well maintained, safe and operational in some cases 24/7.
* Responsibility for budget management including managing planned and unplanned Maintenance
* Review existing systems and recommend improvement to conserve natural resources.
* Work with various entities to receive conservation rebates for energy, water, etc.
* Collaborate with ADI facilities team members across the world to share best practices to enhance sustainability
* Develop project outline to modify buildings to meet requirements
* Coordinate contractors to carry out planned and unplanned work.
* Prepare snag lists and ensure contractors complete all work on schedule
* Prepare Planning permit applications and reports as required for compliance with all applicable laws
* Ownership of all changes/events/incidents/problems from beginning to end as well as overseeing the completion of root cause analysis and follow up resolution actions.
* Ensure standardization and consistency with best in class operating procedures.
* Develop and implement emergency protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all occupants during Site Emergencies.
* Play leading role in new building developments and refurbishments.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in facilities engineering or equivalent
* 5-10 years of experience required
* Good computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Must have good people skills, be able to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
* Must be quality and safety oriented and able to work with minimal supervision
* Must be self-motivated, team oriented, and "hands-on".
* Must be safety and quality orientated & have excellent organisational & planning skills.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
* 0-5% Travel
