Are you an experienced IT Programme Manager with a passion for cloud transformation and driving large-scale change? This is your chance to lead a major cloud migration programme for a global insurance organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
What you’ll do:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex cloud migration programme (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
* Manage project managers, technical experts, and stakeholders across regions.
* Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication at every level.
* Drive governance, reporting, and KPI tracking across the full programme lifecycle.
* Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record in delivering cloud migrations using AWS and/or Azure.
* Extensive experience in large scale IT delivery.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and matrixed, global delivery environments.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and passion for delivering impactful change.
