Position: Part-Time hours per week, Fixed-term contract (Part funded by POBAL Community Services programme)SCCUL Sanctuary - Operations Support WorkerThe duties of the Operations Support Worker are to ensure that the SCCUL Sanctuary facilities are welcoming and maintained for use by the community. The following duties will be performed routinely by the Operations Support Worker:· Front of house welcome for visitors and cater for hospitality needs of attendees.· Liaise closely with the other SCCUL Sanctuary Staff.· Cleaning and basic upkeep of the Sanctuary building.· Setting up the rooms as required by clients.· Opening and closing of the Sanctuary as required.· Dealing with customers and their enquiries in relation to the Sanctuary on the phone, by email and in person.· General maintenance to include painting, changing of bulbs, sweeping footpaths, and coordinating bin pickups.· Light gardening, which includes weeding and maintenance of shrub beds.· Liaise with wider SCCUL Staff, as required.· Other duties as assigned by the Sanctuary ManagerSCCUL Sanctuary is an equal opportunities employer.SCCUL Sanctuary, Bungalow 9, Kilcornan, Clarinbridge, Co.
