Application Support & Administration
* Provide Level 1/2 support for Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
* Monitor and maintain the health of SharePoint Online environments.
* Assist in the administration of Microsoft 365 services.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation in ICT service delivery.
* Act as a champion for new technologies that support organisational goals.
Role Requirement 2
Solution Development
* Design and implement business solutions using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
* Facilitate workshops or discovery sessions to gather requirements and promote user engagement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for task automation, innovation and digital transformation.
* Ensure solutions are designed with a focus on usability, efficiency, and data integrity.
* Conduct functional testing of new solutions and updates to ensure reliability and usability.
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and incorporate feedback into solution refinement.
Role Requirement 3
Governance, Compliance & Documentation
* Ensure solutions comply with data protection and security policies.
* Follow ITIL standards and ensure compliance with governance policies.
* Maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations to support audit and compliance requirements.
* Contribute to the development of ICT policies and procedures where appropriate.
Role Requirement 4
Training, Engagement & Service Excellence
* Maintain a customer-focused approach at all times, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and deliver user training and support materials.
* Provide guidance and support to users to promote digital literacy and self-sufficiency.
* Engage with users to gather feedback and continuously improve service delivery.
* Collaborate closely with different infrastructure and business teams.
* Any other duties that may be assigned within the requirements of the role.
Required Experience
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint Online and the Power Platform.
* 2+ years of experience delivering technical support to end users across a range of systems and services.
* Proficiency in front-end web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is desirable.
* Skilled in designing and developing Microsoft PowerApps (Canvas apps) to meet business needs.
* Strong UI/UX design capabilities with a focus on intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
* Demonstrated success in leading and delivering ICT projects from concept to completion.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all organisational levels.
* Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical audiences.
* Experienced in monitoring and supporting end-to-end business applications to proactively identify and resolve issues.
* Methodical and structured approach to problem-solving.
* Quick to learn, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and implement effective solutions.
* Confident influencer with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Adept at developing IT solutions aligned with business requirements and strategic goals.
* Solid understanding of information security principles and data protection regulations.
* Able to remain focused and perform effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.
Qualifications
* Relevant Third Level qualification (e.g. Degree) in project management, business studies, web design, front end development or equivalent is desirable
