We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with our customers.
Your primary focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience, responding to customer queries, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve customer service.

* Experience of working with Microsoft Packages.

* Good understanding of cash management.
* Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work.
* Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required.
