The HR team is small but impactful, working closely with site leadership to drive meaningful change and support business objectives.
About you:
CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification
Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)
Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar sectors
Strong track record managing employee relations end-to-end
Experience supporting multi-site operations and remote leadership
Solid understanding of Irish employment law; UK law knowledge is a plus
Skilled in coaching managers and building on-site HR capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Based in Monaghan with flexibility to travel weekly to Blanchardstown once a month
What you'll do:
Lead local people plans aligning with wider HR strategy to support operational excellence
Develop trusted relationships with site leaders across locations to ensure consistency and compliance
Manage employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalism
Implement and communicate HR policies tailored to each site's needs
Drive employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities to foster a positive work environment
Support organisational change projects and restructure activities at site level
Manage reward programmes and recognize performance and contributions effectively
