We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Sales Representative to join Collins McNicholas, a growing company with a base in Ireland. Our client is looking for a professional, sales-focused, and highly motivated regional Sales Representative to cover part of the East Cork region.
Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within your assigned territory, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the overall success of the sales team
* Engage with existing customers to retain their business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty
* Conduct market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities
* Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire new customers
* Provide the highest level of service to customers, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
* Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress
* Collaborate with other members of the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years field sales experience
* Willing to make cold-calls and conduct outbound sales
* Full clean driving license
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Target-driven individual
* Enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude
