About the Role
As the AI Strategy & Integration Lead, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, and overseeing the implementation of AI solutions across Babylon Radio's teams. You'll work with department heads to understand needs, map AI capabilities to real use cases, and lead the rollout of practical, scalable tools.
This is a high-impact internship ideal for someone looking to gain leadership experience in digital innovation, technology adoption, and cross-functional project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and oversee Babylon Radio's AI strategy roadmap aligned with business goals
* Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms for internal use (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, audio/video tools, automation tools)
* Collaborate with editorial, HR, marketing, events, and product teams to identify automation and enhancement opportunities
* Design and implement pilot projects to demonstrate the value of AI in specific workflows
* Create clear documentation, training materials, and internal guidelines for AI use
* Track the impact of AI tools through usage metrics and feedback, and propose further optimization
* Stay updated on industry trends and communicate relevant developments to the team
