They offer a collaborative, world-class team environment and support development, progression, and long-term success for their people.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, optimise, validate, and transfer analytical methods to support new and existing products.Provide scientific expertise and technical troubleshooting for analytical challenges.Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity.Review, approve, and contribute to SOPs, validation protocols, and technical reports.Lead and support laboratory investigations, ensuring timely resolution with sound scientific rationale.Communicate project progress effectively and provide training where needed.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the laboratory environment.Qualifications / ExperienceHonours degree (or higher) in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in an analytical laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.Extensive knowledge of method development, validation, and transfer.Proficiency with techniques such as HPLC, GC, IC, LC-MS, ICP-OES, IR, and pharmacopoeial testing.Strong troubleshooting skills for both analytical methodologies and instrumentation.Proven experience working in a cGMP environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and statistical/mathematical tools for data interpretation.Role DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Production and ResearchIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
